Toxicology research services include pilot, acute, subacute and chronic GLP, nonGLP, and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic studies in all species including mice, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs, and pigs. We offer a wide range of pharmacology capabilities including ocular, otic, dermal, inflammatory, immune mediated, cardiovascular, xenograft, anti-infection, and metabolic efficacy in vivo and pharmacology modeling. Our contract histopathology laboratory provides comprehensive GLP and research histology and pathology including tissue cross-reactivity studies, special stains, cytocochleograms, immunohistochemistry, plastics, and image analysis.

CBI offers specialization in ophthalmologic contract research services. We provide preclinical research services in the areas of ocular toxicology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacology/in vivo modeling.

Our new state-of-the-art facilities includes laboratories, vivarium, surgery, tissue culture, histology, ophthalmology, on site ACVP board-certified veterinary pathologists, image analysis, CT scanning, confocal microscopy, clinical pathology, and quality assurance. We are AAALAC accredited, have FDA, USDA, and OLAW registrations, and comply with FDA, OECD, and ICH guidelines.
